Ady's Racers: Wheelin' in a Winter Wonderland

The Ady's Racers event will feature the Ady's Christmas Village to showcase unique handmade crafts, delicious treats, and festive activities for all ages. We are inviting local vendors and artisans to join us in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that highlights the spirit of the season. All proceeds from this event will be used to support the mission and growth of Ady's BiG Army, changing the way the world views adults with special needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Handmade crafts
• Seasonal goods
• Gourmet food and beverages (must be packaged and not sold for on site consumption) 
• Unique gifts and decorations

The $75 vendor fee will give you a 10x10 booth space in our Christmas Vendor Village area, with up to 4 credentials for booth workers.
 
You may bring your own tent/table/chairs, etc. as long as it fits within the 10x10 space.
Once you are approved, you will have the option to rent items for an additional fee: 10x10 tent, power, WiFi, tables and chairs

Ady’s Racers events have long been a cherished day of respite for people with special needs and their families. This year, we're transforming it into a public charity event to support the growth of Ady’s BiG Army. Please join us for a magical day filled with activities for the whole family!

We are pleased to offer complimentary General Admission Tickets to all attendees ages 12 and under. Ages 13 & up can purchase General Admission tickets for just $15 until October 31st (After Oct 31st, the 13 and up tickets increase to $20).

Event Parking is FREE and we will have Trams (including ADA Trams)   to move you around the various areas of the event.

All attendees get to experience the following amazing activities!

• The "big fella", Santa Claus 
• A Christmas Village with festive vendors
• Christmas character appearances: Santa Claus, Buddy the Elf, Chick fil A cows, and story time  with Mrs. Claus!
• An exotic car show to check out some of the coolest cars around
• Inflatables like bouncey house and giant gingerbread
• Activities like the toboggan tunnel run, and more!
• A Christmas-themed entertainment stage with performances throughout the day
• An ice skating rink for some winter fun ($5 per skate, or unlimited skating included in upgraded admission. tix and activity wristbands)
• And wait for it... a Christmas Drone Show to close out the night, Alabama’s First!
  
  Upgrade your experience to include:
• Hot Laps around the world-famous Barber Motorsports Park!*

• Thrilling Porsche rides around the skid pad figure 8*
• Parade Laps (drive your own vehicle around the track)*
  
  *Upgraded experiences require a separate ticket.

  Gates open to the public at 9:00am, with the closing ceremonies beginning at 4:45pm! We will end the night with the Christmas Drone Show, beginning approximately at 5:15pm.  Bring the family for an unforgettable day full of fun!
