The Ady's Racers event will feature the Ady's Christmas Village to showcase unique handmade crafts, delicious treats, and festive activities for all ages. We are inviting local vendors and artisans to join us in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that highlights the spirit of the season. All proceeds from this event will be used to support the mission and growth of Ady's BiG Army, changing the way the world views adults with special needs.
What We’re Looking For:
• Handmade crafts
• Seasonal goods
• Gourmet food and beverages (must be packaged and not sold for on site consumption)
• Unique gifts and decorations
The $75 vendor fee will give you a 10x10 booth space in our Christmas Vendor Village area, with up to 4 credentials for booth workers.
You may bring your own tent/table/chairs, etc. as long as it fits within the 10x10 space.
Once you are approved, you will have the option to rent items for an additional fee: 10x10 tent, power, WiFi, tables and chairs
Ady’s Racers has long been a beloved day for those with special needs and their families, featuring race car rides, off road courses, food, and music. This year, we’re expanding to be a charitable event open to the public with a Winter Wonderland including an exotic car show, ice skating, Christmas Village vendors, festive characters, and a drone light show.
Load in will begin at 7:00am on December 21st. You must be set up and ready for attendees by 8:45am.
You must remain open until 5:00pm at the event.
All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
